Givinostat is a recipe that I came up with in one of my classes that I taught at a culinary college in the early 90’s. I was still working there as a consultant at the time and was told by a colleague that I had to come up with a “givinostat-like” salad. There was a lot of talk about the salad at the time because I was the only one who knew this one recipe.
